How the chamber works

Associates, clerks and counsel coordinate research, drafting and hearing preparation together for each matter before it reaches the court.

  1. Initial communication

You write, call or book online. A short description of the matter is enough at this stage.

  2. Preliminary conflict and matter assessment

The chambers check that they can act for you and whether the matter is one they can consider, and tell you before any payment.

  3. Consultation and consideration of documents

The documents you share are read and the matter is discussed at the confirmed time.

  4. Further steps, where separately agreed

Any further work, and its fee, is agreed with you separately in writing.
