Who processes the data for us

  • Google LLC: Gmail, Google Sheets (“MLW Website Leads”), Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Meet and Apps Script: email, record-keeping, document folders, hearing reminders and video calls.
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): The native fallback action on applicable forms may send a submission through FormSubmit. With JavaScript enabled and no Apps Script endpoint configured, the current forms offer an email or WhatsApp handoff which you must send yourself; opening the handoff does not confirm delivery.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): Messages and calls you choose to have with the chambers on WhatsApp.
  • GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.): Hosts this website; its servers record technical access logs such as IP addresses.
  • Your bank or UPI app, and the chambers’ bank: Process any payment you make.

Some of these services store data on servers outside India, as permitted by law. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

Data requests and phased statutory rights

You may contact us now to request access, correction or deletion, subject to lawful retention and professional duties. Statutory DPDP rights apply when the relevant provisions commence. The 14 November 2025 commencement notification schedules core processing and rights provisions eighteen months after publication; they are not all in force as at 11 October 2026.

  • to a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • to correct, complete or update it;
  • to have it erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose, unless the law requires it to be kept;
  • to nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity;
  • to grievance redressal, as below.

Grievances, and complaints to the Data Protection Board

Grievance contact: Advocate Gagandeep Goel, masterlegalwork@gmail.com, +91 9872206969. We will acknowledge your request and respond within 30 days.

If your concern remains unresolved, the remedies available depend on the provisions and procedures in force at the time. The DPDP Board complaint provisions are subject to phased commencement; this notice does not represent that an online complaint mechanism is currently available. We will provide the applicable official route when operative.

Other points

  • Children: we do not knowingly collect a child’s data without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
  • Browser storage: localStorage remembers acceptance of the entry declaration, recently viewed pages and whether an installation prompt has been shown. sessionStorage may temporarily retain a consultation reference, name, summary and status for the confirmation screen. A service worker may cache pages and assets for offline use. You can remove these through your browser’s site-data controls; doing so may remove local preferences or temporary details. These storage items are not themselves transmitted to the chambers, but information you choose to send through a form, email or WhatsApp is transmitted through that service.
  • Security: please do not upload case documents to this website; share them only through a Google Drive folder as described on the booking page.
  • Data breaches: if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Document submissions

The document submission form uses FormSubmit to process files and deliver them to masterlegalwork@gmail.com. The form asks for separate consent and limits attachments to 10 MB in total. Review the files and your authority to share them before submission. For sensitive documents or large files, use a restricted Google Drive folder shared only with the chambers. The chambers acknowledge receipt separately; a website submission is not acceptance of instructions.
