Choose a model and prepare it for your court

Read the complete model first, then download the editable Word file or its matching PDF. The 28 featured pleadings use the MLW house layout: Legal paper, Arial 13, narrative party details and a compact counsel block. Supporting general affidavits retain two numbered paragraphs; prescribed statutory affidavits require their own forms.

Complete the bracketed particulars, remove unused alternatives, reconcile annexures and check current filing rules before signing. Mandatory registry and e-filing requirements take precedence over the house layout. Preparation and judgment notes are kept separate from the pleading.
